Terms of Service
Version: September 2026. Draft, legal review pending. The German version is binding.
§ 1 Scope
These terms govern the use of the service “Suveri” (chat workspace, MCP connector and portal at suveri.de) of Pioneerdesk GmbH, Palmberg 29, 84539 Zangberg, Germany (provider). The offer is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (companies, self-employed persons, public bodies). Registration requires a business e-mail address; by registering, the user confirms to act as an entrepreneur.
§ 2 Service
The service provides a chat workspace and an interface (Model Context Protocol) through which questions, documents and research tasks are processed by language models of the Infercom platform in data centres in Germany. The provider selects a suitable model per request or executes the model chosen by the user, and returns the model's answer with model name, tokens and cost. Optional components: Verifact (verified German law with official references), live web research, quality levels (verification loop, ensemble) and “Challenge me”. Answers are generated by machine learning models; the provider does not warrant their accuracy or completeness. The service does not replace professional advice, in particular legal, tax or medical advice.
§ 3 Registration and usage modes
Use requires a user account with a verified e-mail address; the provider may require a second factor (code by e-mail). Users may (a) purchase credit from the provider, in which case the service uses the provider's Infercom key and charges the credit per request, or (b) store their own Infercom API key, in which case Infercom bills the model usage directly to the user. New accounts may receive a free trial allowance; the provider may limit or end trial allowances at any time. Employees of Infercom may use the service free of charge after approval.
§ 4 Prices, credit, payment
Credit is purchased in advance (minimum €25 gross). Each request is charged against the credit according to the price list published in the portal (net per million tokens, per audio hour, or per evidenced Verifact answer); price changes apply to future requests. Credit is kept net; VAT is shown at top-up. Payment is made by card via Revolut Business; invoices are delivered electronically. Companies may agree on prepaid allowances; usage beyond an allowance is charged at the token price. Credit is valid for twelve months from top-up and is not transferable; unused credit is not paid out unless required by law.
§ 5 User obligations
The user keeps login data and API keys confidential, uses the service only within the terms of the Infercom platform, does not submit content whose processing is unlawful, and does not use the service to attack, overload or circumvent it. The user is responsible for submitted content and for the lawfulness of uploaded documents.
§ 6 Availability, liability
The provider strives for high availability but does not guarantee it; maintenance and outages of third parties (Infercom, payment provider) may restrict use. The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence the provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Any further liability is excluded. Automated protection against hidden instructions in documents and web pages reduces but does not eliminate the risk of manipulated answers.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Since the service is offered to entrepreneurs only, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
§ 8 Term, termination, deletion
The contract runs for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at any time. The user may delete conversations, stored keys and the account in the portal. The provider may suspend accounts in case of abuse.
§ 9 Data protection
The service's privacy policy applies. Conversations in the chat workspace are stored encrypted for 30 days unless the user chooses “do not store”; the MCP connector stores no content.
§ 10 Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Traunstein is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for entrepreneurs. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains in force.
